If you’ve taken the Circle Line recently (and have observed your surroundings), you may have noticed that the in-train Circle Line Map has been updated. Apart from the font change to be consistent with the Downtown Line, the direction of the map has been flipped.
Confused? Well, take a look at the previous map:
Previously, HarbourFront was on the rightmost side of the map, whereas now it is on the leftmost side. The new orientation makes sense, because when you look at the overall train map, HarbourFront is on the left whereas Marina Bay/Dhoby Ghaut is on the right.

All other in-train maps for the other lines are also following this left to right orientation, so I’m glad to say that the Circle Line map is finally moving in the right direction.
